Our staff

Our staff have built up significant experience and knowledge in dealing with our clients.

Having the right staff is crucial to ensuring that the level of service desired by the directors is provided to our clients.

Our directors believe in a “2 way street” relationship with staff and realise that if staff are happy then there is a much better chance that our clients will also be happy.

In total we have fourteen staff and the average length of employment is 12 years.

As such our staff have built up significant experience and knowledge in dealing with our clients.

The fact that most of our staff have been with us for a long time helps continuity in dealing with our clients affairs and this significantly adds to the level of service we provide.

Our directors and staff work as a team and “sing from the same hymn sheet”. As such all staff are well aware of the high level of standards required.
